Behind the restaurant and on the street
Went there yesterday after a downtown doctor's appointment. The atmosphere was great. The lady behind the counter and the bartender were very wonderful. Food was phenomenal and we will go back when in the area. The likelihood of us ever going back to that part of town is slim, however, if we do, we will definitely show our face. Keep up the great work!
* WARNING: RIP OFF!! * If you love throwing away money, getting ripped off and leaving unsatisfied and just as hungry as you were when you walked in, this is the place for you!!I love a good taco. LOVE tacos. I’d happily give this place 1 star for the flavor being good. For the fact I get charged $4 for a “special” taco that consist of less than 1 oz of meat is blasphemy and earns them a 1 Star. I spent $30 on a meal for 2. So sad that I wasted my time, calories and money on it.Edit 1: After reviewing the ingredients of the Brisket taco, I realized it was missing at least 3 ingredients advertised on the menu.Terrible place to eat.
Amazing surprise to find this place. Excellent tacos, great drinks and smiling down to earth staff makes you feel welcome and let's you enjoy the food and drinks. On a 36 hour visit to Jacksonville we went there twice :) AND got an extra jerk chicken burrito that we brought back to New York!
We love this place when we are downtown! The Cajun burrito with the green salsa sauce is amazing! 👏🏻🙌🏼
If you are looking for a place to eat, you will be happy you walked in here and when you walk out, you will not walk out hungry. Everyone was super cool tonight from the young man who helped us at the counter, to "Chef" who met out front and who is also Super cool.
First time ever going here because my acting class is a few blocks away. Great food and service! Excited to visit again!
A hidden gem and one of the few places open on Sundays in downtown Jax. Steer clear of the coleslaw but definitely get the steak quesadilla and the chips and queso! My wife and I stopped in here in January of 2020, mostly because it was one of the few places open on a Sunday in downtown Jacksonville. We traveled up from Ocala for a Sunday matinee at the Times Union Center and did a quick search for restaurants in that general vicinity. The cole slaw here is definitely different so make sure to ask the server before ordering to see if it is something you'd enjoy. My steak quesadilla was quite good and a generous portion for a reasonable price. Chips and queso was $6.50 but you definitely get your money's worth as it's a lot of queso.Margarita was good and worth a shot if you're into those. Definitely stop in and give this place a chance sometime soon.
Favorite burrito chain. Their burrito bowls are the best. Only vegan fryer I know of! The atmosphere at this location is not beat. Like all things downtown, parking is a consideration—but there is always street parking within a block. The staff at this location is always friendly and I leave with a smile.
What a wonderful dinner!I went with my colleagues last weekend. It was beautiful-peaceful and relaxing. Staff was outstanding. The restaurant was exceptional along with the hosts and servers. We went for a meal to celebrate a birthday, and as usual had a fantastic meal. Great service, great food, and great value for money.
I want to thank Burrito Gallery and it's amazing staff for doing an excellent job February 29th for the Quiet Storm Vodka launch party. The food was AWESOME, my favorite is the shrimp tacos. I'm looking forward to doing many more events with the manager Jennifer, Burrito Gallery keep up the great work.
